Please provide as many details as possible so that we can suggest design options that will meet and even surpass your expectations.

If you have a special idea in mind, please supply a sketch or a written description, or indicate which of our products is closest to it in general design. Do you have a product or icon that could be incorporated into the design? Can you give us an idea of what the event is commemorating? Once you have given us this information then we can make several custom design recommendations.
What are the overall dimensions of the piece you would like to design (L x W x H)? Keep in mind that we can produce all our listed items in any size that you may require.
How many pieces will you require?
What is your budget?
What is your event date and when would you need it to be delivered?
If you have an article to be embedded, please supply either an illustration, photo, or written description. Be sure to include its dimensions, and tell us the material(s) you believe it to be made from. Any and all information will help us determine if the article is compatible to the embedment process.
Supply artwork for the images, logos and /or copy that will be incorporated and indicate PMS colours. It does not have to be finished art as long as it is a good representation so that we can determine the best way to reproduce it. We accept artwork in electronic form, either Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files, and CorelDraw (.cdr) or contact us for other acceptable software versions/options of each to use when sending art.
Will the art layout change from piece to piece in anyway (i.e. are names engraved?)
Is the item to be cast clear or will it be completely or partially tinted with colour?
Does the item require a base and what colour would you like that base to be?
